My speciality is strength and conditioning training but I also enjoy training my clients across various techniques and exercise specialities.

Fit Friends is ideal for a group of at least 4 people and is especially great for those who tend to be a bit more shy in a group setting or if you're looking to do something different as a friends group

These sessions can be entirely tailored to the group, to accommodate your various fitness levels and abilities, whether you're looking for a sweaty session or a more relaxed mobility hour, this is your private session to enjoy your way!

Before we start training together, whether in person or online,
your first INTRODUCTORY session will also include a comprehensive fitness test and physical assessment of your mobility or any current movement restrictions.
Based on your fitness test results, goals and any existing or previous injuries, I will design a program personalised to you.
As you increase your fitness levels and gain strength we will reassess your fitness every couple of months, meaning we can analyse your progress and celebrate your achievements!
Ideal for those who work out with a friend or family member.
Each workout is tailored to your individual fitness levels and goals, but you have the benefit of working out with someone you know, which is a huge motivation in itself!

No, I will bring with me any necessary equipment based on the program I have created for you or we can use the equipment that you have available at home. However, you will need your own equipment for online PT sessions.
We don't need a lot of space, so most workouts can be done in the living room or at your local park if you prefer. Most of my clients do their workouts inside during the colder months and outside in the garden during the warmer months.
To complement your PT session,
I also offer a quarterly add-on NUTRITION PACKAGE, to help you achieve optimal results. This includes meal plans, advice, weekly support, check-ins etc.

Some of my clients want a gym program to do alongside their PT sessions.
Once we have determined your goals and fitness level, this is something I can offer to top up your weekly training alongside your weekly PT sessions.
Again, this is entirely your decision.
Some of my clients have two sessions a week and hugely benefit from that.
Some book in once a week or as often as they can, whilst doing their own workouts in between PT sessions.
Your goals should be the driving force when considering frequency.
