BELL & BLAST is a kettlebell workout that's guaranteed to be different to anything you've ever done before... at least compared to a traditional kettlebell class!
Think high-intensity, fast-paced, energising and CALORIE-BLASTING full-body kettlebell workouts- designed to improve both your strength & cardio ability.
Bringing together both strength and cardio, we first cover movement fundamentals in every class, which then forms the foundation of our workout.
Add in fast-paced, upbeat music and you have a recipe for feeling stronger and more energised after every class!
AND EVERYONE IS WELCOME!
You don't need experience with kettlebells to join in, the class is suitable for anyone aged 13yrs+ of any fitness level.
Just bring your kettlebell, fitness mat, and plenty of water and please remember to complete the PAR-Q form beforehand.

If you're completely new to kettlebells, I recommend that you try out a few different weights first, before committing to a purchase. It's easy to underestimate your own strength and then end up with a kettlebell that's too light.
If you don't have a kettlebell, message me as I have a few spare that I can lend you to try out first!
