During the 8-week program, we take an in-depth look at nutrition and have access to all the tools and resources needed to develop a healthy mindset and maintain accountability - including habits and how to create sustainable change. You'll have access to online workouts or in-person workouts (depending on your location) with KETTLEBELLS, DUMBBELLS and RESISTANCE BANDS to build strength and improve your overall fitness.
And as if that's not enough, you'll also be part of an amazing and supportive community of like-minded people who are also on their journeys to achieve their health & fitness goals!

The challenge is made up of 3x evening workouts per week all low-impact, all progressive and designed to improve your balance, build strength & mobility and help build muscle & tone!
