Welcome to my page and thank you for visiting!
I'm a qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor, Nutrition Coach and Youth Exercise Specialist, passionate about helping people transform their bodies and lifestyles through exercise, nutrition, and mindset coaching.
My goal as a PT is to help you fall in love with training and getting fit, just like I have and to show you that you don't need to do 100 burpees or be in constant pain every day to feel the benefits of exercise.
As a keen fitness enthusiast, I've been competing in Hyrox - a global fitness race. In my spare time, you can find me working out, walking in the countryside, playing tennis, flying a power kite or attempting to paddleboard.
Outside of fitness, I'm a busy mum to a wonderful teenager (although I'm sure all parents say this!),
I enjoy spending time with friends and being involved in the everyday goings-on of life, am a self-proclaimed coffeeholic and a keen advocate for all things mental health.
Join me for various exercise classes throughout the week, in East Grinstead, Handcross and Lingfield or get in touch to book a private 1-1 PT session either at home or in a private studio.

Bell & Blast kettlebells is a
fast-paced, high-intensity, full-body strength and cardio kettlebell workout for anyone aged 13yrs+
Whether you're new to or experienced with kettlebells, you're guaranteed a workout that will make you SWEAT & BLAST those calories!
Just bring your kettlebell, mat, and plenty of water and please remember to complete the PAR-Q

FitCamp is a full-body workout using all kinds of equipment, including hand weights, slam balls, wall balls & battle ropes, whilst enjoying the fresh air, making friends & having fun ;)
No workout has ever been the same, so you're guaranteed to get the most out of each session and maximise your progress.
Add the accountability and camaraderie that you get from training in a small group- will most definitely keep you motivated and engaged and wanting to come back for more!
FitCamp is suitable for all fitness levels and all ages - whether you're a seasoned athlete or just starting your fitness journey, it has something to offer for everyone!

Fit Friends is ideal for a group of at least 4 people and is especially great for those who prefer a smaller group setting
Arrange an afternoon of fitness with friends-starting with a private PT session with me, maybe a protein shake or a
well-deserved cake & tea, after ;)
These sessions are available throughout the week at a location of your choice:
a friend's house, a spa or
even a local park-
your choices are endless.
Working out with people you know,
who you can relax with and
who you know will keep you
motivated and accountable is a great way to keep your fitness and workouts fun!
These sessions can be entirely
tailored to the group, to accommodate
your various fitness levels and abilities,
whether you're looking for a sweaty session
or a more relaxed mobility hour,
